Panels did not turn up when advised they would, chased and given new date, still no panels. They eventually own up to having not placed the order. A very small and embarrassing sum offered as compensation for their errors, and the fact they had had our money for many months. Very Poor!!I cannot see how to reply to your answer (Doghealth) but it was definately you and we have correspondence that proves this. As you were unable to trace our order over several enquiries, your response does not surprise me. Again very vey poor!!
