We had cute a bad experience with them. We took our car there for a service and some welding and they charged us load of money, the tracking system was left 21 out, that is highly dangerous and the car have to be taken to other garage next day for the same problems they supposed to fix.
Simply the best for VW bits - they supply genuine OEM parts at prices that put large internet-based 'discount' operators to shame, let alone your local VW dealer. They are also very knowledgeable as they have a workshop and have lots of first hand experience. Very generous with time and advice: I bought a replacement alternator clutch pulley and they hauled a couple of alternators out of the workshop to show me exactly how to use the special tools I was also buying to get the old broken component off and the new one on - brilliant service, thanks guys!
