For the first time in my life I've bought a car from a second hand car dealer. That was one thing I was never going to do! The second thing was never buy a used car from London! In the last week I have done both of those things so if you're thinking this car sales place must be good, you are right! Brian returned my call immediately and was genuinely interested in what I wanted from my new car. We arranged to go and meet him with my wife to look at two Discovery 4s they had. From the first introduction, to the phone call the next day to seal the deal, we felt we were dealing with good, honest, caring people. Brian, Danny and Gary were a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgable without being pushy. We came to an amicable 'give and take' deal, but Danny went beyond that by putting a new swan neck tow bar on as he was not happy about the safety of the old one!
