Very handy Accenta is just down the road from us. I was looking for an electric bicycle for my wife. I found just the right one with the Qwic 360. The bike is comfortable and enables my wife to keep me company on my cycle rides. The stepless gearing has also made it easy for her to keep up with me.The bike is still going strong. Knowledgable & Professional; well stocked. The nice guy Paul is behind the counter who told me bike electric started 2 years ago since the government started the electric craze. You can take an e bike on a test ride so you dont have to buy if it's not for you. He told me that e bikes make cycling more fun because you can go further and get fitter. His bikes represent the North London area and he feels his bikes is accessible from Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire. Well, the bikes are impressive. Told that I needed to get some exercise, and living near Dunstable Downs, I really didn't fancy cycling but when I discovered electric bikes my whole attitude changed! I test-rode a Kudos Tornado and found it FANTASTIC! The Tornado has plenty of grunt for getting me up onto and around the Downs (slopes that I don't like walking up let alone cycling on a normal bike), and it has plenty of battery life to get me home at the end of the day - really important that bit ;)Bike Electric gave me great customer-service, letting me try a range of e-bikes before I settled on the Tornado - Full marks for both Bike Electric and Kudos!

They had a good range and was able to work with me to get just the right fit for my requirements. I was able to "test drive" the bikes to get the right mix of price and performance. Paul, the owner was very helpful and demonstrated to me that this was not just a business, but his personal pride and passion. Therefore they were not trying to just push a bike sale, but to work with me to get exactly the right cycle. I decided on a Qwic N360.1 which they then prepared for me ready for collection.
